  Thanks for being pro-consumer and informative about my rights regarding my prescription. I was impressed with your company's thoroughness to contact me and the eye doctor who wrote the prescription. I am not surprised that the eye doctor did not respond promptly to your calls or fax. The eye doctor is co-located with a Cohen's Optical and they were both reluctant to give me a written prescription. Once I had the prescription in hand, I told them they would lose me as a customer because of the hassle they put me through.
