What is AutoRefill?
Our AutoRefill program is a subscription for your contact lenses. Set up AutoRefill and forget it. We will ship out your contact lenses to your door when you need them.
You can snooze your order for 15 or 30 days. You can pick the date you want to receive your contacts. You can also cancel at any time. You're in control.
How to sign up for AutoRefill?
Simply add your contact lenses to your cart. Then in your cart click the "AutoRefill SUBSCRIBE & SAVE" button below the item you want to subscribe to AutoRefill. Then choose the frequency you would like to receive your order. Then complete your order.
That's it. You're in the AutoRefill program.
What are the payment options for AutoRefill?
At this time, AutoRefill orders can only be processed using your credit card. PayPal and AfterPay are not currently available.
Will I be notified before my AutoRefill order goes out?
Expect an email 30 days before the shipment of your AutoRefill order. This email will provide a link to your AutoRefill subscription settings, allowing you to effortlessly update your payment, shipping, and billing information. You'll have a seven-day window before your order is processed to make any necessary changes.
How to cancel my AutoRefill program?
Go to the AutoRefill Center and click on the AutoRefill order you would like to cancel. On the AutoRefill order details page click the "Cancel AutoRefill" link at the bottom of the page.
Will the price change on future AutoRefill orders?
Prices are subject to change. AutoRefill orders will be processed at our everyday low price effective at the time the AutoRefill order is placed, minus the AutoRefill discount. It's important to note that AutoRefill orders will not incorporate any special or discount pricing that may have been applicable to a previous order.
Can I postpone an AutoRefill order?
Yes, you can.
From the AutoRefill Center click on the AutoRefill order you would like to change. On the AutoRefill order details page click on the Expected Delivery Date and choose to snooze your order for 15 or 30 days. You can also just pick another date to receive your AutoRefill order.
How do I track my AutoRefill order?
On the day your AutoRefill order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your AutoRefill order has been shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking and delivery information.
Can I sign up for AutoRefill if my shipping address is outside the United States and Canada?
No. The AutoRefill program is restricted to orders shipped within the United States and Canada.
