SMARTSURFACE Technology is what makes PRECISION1 unique among daily disposable silicone hydrogel lenses.

The lens is engineered with over 80% water content on its outer surface while maintaining a silicone hydrogel core with 51% bulk water content, creating a lens that is highly breathable on the inside and extremely moist on the outside.

This surface-first approach means the part of the lens that comes into contact with your eyelid and tear film is always the most hydrated part of the lens, reducing friction, dryness, and discomfort during extended wear. The oxygen transmissibility of 100 Dk/t ensures the cornea receives strong, consistent oxygen delivery throughout the full wearing day.

PRECISION1 was specifically designed to address the three most common reasons new contact lens wearers discontinue wear within their first year: poor vision, poor comfort, and handling difficulty.

Built-In Class 1 UV Blocking

PRECISION1 carries Class 1 UV classification, the highest level of UV protection available in any daily disposable lens on the market. This means every lens blocks at least 90% of UV-A rays and at least 99% of UV-B rays, providing meaningful defense against the UV radiation that reaches your eyes during everyday activities.

The UV-blocking capability is built into the verofilcon A lens material itself, not applied as a surface coating, so it performs at the same level from the first hour of wear through to the last. For wearers who spend significant time outdoors, commute in sunlight, or live in high UV environments, this level of built-in protection in a daily disposable is a meaningful advantage over lenses that carry lower UV classifications or none at all.
