Do I need a copy of my contact lens prescription?
Federal law requires that a prescription be verified before an individual can buy contact lenses.
However, you do not need a physical copy of your prescription to place your order. If you do not have a copy of your contact lens prescription you will be given an opportunity to enter the contact information for your eye care practitioner and we will contact them and verify the prescription.
If you do have a copy of your prescription, then you can fax it to us and we will be able to speed up processing your order.
Note:
- Federal Law also requires all eye care practioners to provide a copy of your prescription upon request.
