How do I cancel an Order?
1-800-Get-Lens is here to serve you. If for any reason you become uncomfortable with your order you may cancel your order, or any portion of it, at anytime before it has been shipped.* To cancel an order you will need to contact our Customer Service Department and one of our Representatives will help you in making whatever changes you require.
We regret that once your has been shipped we are no longer able to simply cancel it. However, if you have a problem with an order that has already been shipped you can refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy for how to return you order.
* Custom Made-to-Order Lenses can not be canceled, returned, or exchanged once the order has been received.
