How do I check on my order's status?
1-800-Get-Lens makes it easier to keep track of all your contact lens orders.
- Step 1 – Login
- Step 2 – Select ‘Order Status’
- Step 3 – Review the list of orders
- Orders will be displayed by Order Number
- Each Order’s current status will be listed to the right
- Each listing will also display the Order’s Date, Shipping Address, and Total Price
