What is the reminder email, and how do I edit it?
1-800-Get-Lens provides all of its customers an automated Reorder Reminder service. Our system will track your orders, analyzing the quantities and lenses that you order and predicting when you will be running low based on the manufacturers’ suggested wearing schedules.
Since everyone wears their contact lenses differently we also allow you to update this service and enter a date when you would like to be sent a reminder.
Editing your Reminder Email…
- Step 1 - Login to your account
- Step 2 - Click on the Reorder Reminders
- Step 3 - Review the list and identify the order you are interested in
- Step 4 - Click on ‘Change’ below the lens name you wish to update
- Step 5 - Edit the date and click ‘Continue’
