To receive a Rebate form visit www.acuvue.com/rebates and download the form.
Fill out the rebate form and follow its instructions.

Nice for a change
I have dark brown eyes also, and picked up a pair of the Pearl Gray lenses. While my eyes don't look the vibrant gray shade that the sample photos are, it still gives me a noticeable difference. I wish they made violet, as that was the color I was really looking for. All in all, I recommend them for someone wanting to be able to easily change their eye color. Just realize that with dark eyes, it will probably not look as vibrant as it would on someone with light eyes.
